We are Britains second official bodybuilding and fitness magazine, we distribute to over 150 gyms through out the United Kingdom.

We listen to what our customers want in a magazine, our distribution is over 5,000 and growing, we also have subscriptions to individuals. Our magazine is currently up to 100 pages, all full colour, with show reports, bodybuilding reviews, supplement reviews, gym reviews, and diet/training advice.

We hope you would like advertise in our magazine, our aim is to improve with every issue, we do this with our customers input.

For all adverts please ensure they are print ready with all images at 300dpi, CMYK no spot colours on the document and please supply your advert as a PDF with all text outlined. All adverts require a 3mm bleed around all 4 edges. If in doubt about your advert specification we offer an advert checking service at £5.00 per advert. Please note we cannot take resposibility for any advert supplied incorrectly.
